The Board of Directors are drawn from the local community, current physical office donated by the assistant chief of Maliera sub location. A formidable human resource of community volunteers and over 200 registered members. The Founder and Executive Director is a born resident of the location and a globally recognized young leader. The Director also sits in the North Gem Ward Development Committee
The organization has no official sponsor. All staff are working as volunteers including the Director and the Board of Directors. This has impeded coverage of the CBO projects. Individuals and corporate institutions still have the opportunity to support volunteers, various projects in the CBO including the CBHF and LAM Project.
Increased demand for the CBOs programs including Comprehensive Sexuality Education in the nearby sub locations provides room for program upscale. The good working relationship between the CBO and the Siaya County government offers an excellent platform for the success of projects in the county.
Lack of a permanent land with a tittle deed and permanent office predisposes the CBO to unforeseen conflicts and impedes expansion and capacity.
